To search for your unclaimed property, visit patreasury.gov/claim. You can also contact one of my district offices, and we will be happy to print the claim form and process it for you. There is no fee associated with this service. The Treasury Department can be reached at 1-800-222-2046.

You'll need to complete the Early Remittance Request form. Please be aware that property must be at least a year old before early remittance will be approved. Also, remember our dormancy period for the majority of unclaimed property is now three years, not five, so this may affect your need for early remittance.

Treasury is safeguarding more than $4 billion of unclaimed property. 1 in 10 Pennsylvanians has unclaimed property, and the average claim is about $1,600. It's easy to search – for yourself, for your family, and your friends. (You can also search for your company or organization.)

Some people were concerned this was a scam, but it's not. It's a one-time bonus rebate from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue that affects more than 400,000 Pennsylvanians.
