Wave Accounting's Starter plan is free and its Pro plan, which includes more features, is $16 per month. Regardless of which you choose, you will have to pay processing fees to accept invoice payments online. Wave also offers paid products for payroll, coaching and mobile receipt scanning.

ZipBooks is easy-to-use and intuitive accounting software with a clean interface and a few plan options, including a free accounting plan. The free plan allows you unlimited invoices and clients plus the ability to integrate with Square or PayPal to accept online payments.

In order to verify that this is the situation, click on the business name in the top right corner of your account, and click Sign Out. You will see the login page again.
