With a Business Profile on Google, you can manage how your local business shows up across Google products, like Maps and Search. If you run a business that serves customers at a particular location, or you serve customers within a designated service area, your Business Profile can help people find you.

Add your business through Google Maps Enter your address in the search bar. On the left, in the Business Profile, click Add your business. Right-click anywhere on the map. Then, click Add your business.

Tap the "+ Follow" button, and if this is your first time following a business, you'll see a pop-up to confirm. Select "OK" if you're okay with the business viewing your personal Google Maps public profile. Tap "Follow privately" if you'd like to follow the business without sharing your profile instead.
