Go to workforce.intuit.com and sign in. Note: If you forgot your password or user ID, select the I forgot my user ID or passwordlink and follow the onscreen instructions. Have multiple employers? To see your list of companies, go to the small arrow ▼ icon next to the name of the company you have open.

QuickBooks Online Payroll Go to Reports and select Standard. Scroll down to the Payroll section, then select Payroll Summary. You can also enter the report name in the search field to find it. Set a date range, then select Apply.

QuickBooks Workforce is a tool you can use that allows your employees to view and print their pay stubs and W-2's. Each time you run payroll, employees that are set up on the QuickBooks Workforce will get an email letting them know they can view their pay stubs and W-2 online.

Go to Payroll, then Employees. Select your employee. If you don't see your employee, change the filter on the employee list. Above the employee list select the dropdown ▼ and choose Active Employees, Inactive Employees, or All Employees.
